Where does our data go?

Your chats and files are stored in your own AWS account in London. On the default Amazon Bedrock route, Claude uses the EU route and open models run in London. Models keep nothing, never train on your data and prompt logging is off on that route.

The Anthropic platform route is opt-in, with its own terms.

Can we control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. Admins can switch connectors on or off, block web access, and decide which actions need a person to approve them. The policy applies to your whole workspace.
What about UK GDPR and the EU AI Act?
Pulse is designed to support UK GDPR, with your own account and storage in London. It's a general-purpose assistant, so how you use it matters. If you use it for higher-risk decisions, like hiring, you'll need your own checks and records. This isn't legal advice, so check with your adviser.
