What we do.

Specialist work on the platforms that run estates, assets and services, and the software that connects them.

01

IBM TRIRIGA and MREF

Changing a TRIRIGA estate without knowing what depends on it. We help with design, configuration, integration and change analysis.

Ask about TRIRIGA and MREF
02

IBM Maximo

Maximo sitting apart from the systems around it. We help connect it to finance, estates, field teams and cloud services.

03

AWS cloud and Bedrock

Workloads that need a sensible home. Architecture, build and operation on AWS, including AI through Amazon Bedrock.

Ask about AWS
04

Anthropic platform

Putting Claude to work on a real process. Applications built on the Anthropic platform, with people kept in the loop.

Ask about Anthropic
05

AI projects

AI that has to cope with real data. Scoped projects with clear limits, answers that show their sources, and a person who decides.

Ask about AI projects
06

Salesforce

Customer and service data stuck in one tool. We connect Salesforce to the asset, estate and service systems around it.

Ask about Salesforce
07

ServiceNow

Tickets that never reach the asset record. We join ServiceNow workflows to the systems that hold the facts.

Ask about ServiceNow
08

Software and mobile development

A process that needs its own application. Web, iOS and Android apps and APIs, built to be handed over.

09

Hosting and facilities-maintenance expertise

Understanding the work as well as the code. We know how maintenance, estates and assets run day to day, and we can host and support what we build.

The thread

Integration is what joins it up.

Most estates already own good systems. The cost is in the gaps between them: re-keyed data, tickets with no asset, reports nobody trusts.

We build the connections, and agree who owns each system and each field before we start.

Typical integration jobs

Illustrative examples. Every estate is different.

  1. 01

Maximo work orders linked to ServiceNow tickets

Who it is forTeams running the service desk and asset records in separate tools.

First stepMap the fields and name an owner for each.

  2. 02

TRIRIGA records available on AWS for reporting and AI

Who it is forEstates teams who need their data outside TRIRIGA.

First stepPick one report and trace where its data comes from.

  3. 03

Salesforce cases tied to asset and location records

Who it is forCustomer-facing teams who cannot see which asset a request is about.

First stepAgree the identifier that both systems will share.

  4. 04

An assistant that answers from your own records, with sources

Who it is forTeams with years of documents and data and no quick way to ask it a question.

First stepChoose one question, one data set and a way to check the answer.

  5. 05

A mobile app that reads and writes to the system of record

Who it is forField and maintenance staff working from paper, phone calls or spreadsheets.

First stepWatch one job from request to close, then build only that.

  6. 06

Moving or reconciling data between asset systems

Who it is forAnyone with duplicate registers, or a platform change under way.

First stepSample the data and report what is clean and what is not.

  1. 01 / Listen

    Start with the work

A short conversation about what should happen and does not. We agree what a good result looks like before choosing tools.

  2. 02 / Map

    See the connections

Which systems are involved, what data moves between them, and who owns each part.

  3. 03 / Build

    Small, reviewable releases

Work in pieces you can inspect, on the platforms and cloud you already use.

  4. 04 / Hand over

    Documented, then supported

Written down so your team can pick it up. We can also host and support it if you want us to.

Log a request while the caller is on the line

Find the caller and the place by search, say what happened, read the details back, then log the request and land on its own page with a reference.

Transcript

A caller rings, and the request is logged while they are still on the line.

Find the person and the place by search.

Then say what happened, in the caller's words.

Read the details back to the caller before the request is logged.

Confirm the read-back, then log it.

You land on the request's own page, with a reference you can read out.

Triage, assign, resolve, close

Change a request's priority and give a reason, then triage it, assign it to a named person, resolve it, and a manager closes it, with each step recorded in the request.

Transcript

Change the priority, and type a reason.

Triage the request.

Then assign it to a named person.

Resolve it, and a manager closes it.

Each step is recorded in the request.

A matched request becomes a work task

A matched request becomes a work task; with no match it waits in Needs triage.

One field. A wider impact. What depends on the thing you are about to change?

Follow the connections: workflows, forms, queries, integrations, and a test scope.

Where we fit, and where we do not.

Better to say so early than to find out halfway through.

A good fit if

  • You run TRIRIGA, Maximo or both, and they need to work with other systems.
  • You want one team across asset platforms, cloud and application development.
  • You want advice that is independent of any one vendor.
  • You would like to start small, with one question or one integration.

Someone else may be stronger if

  • You need a very large team on site at once. A bigger firm may suit you better.
  • You need product fixes or licences. Those come from IBM, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow or Anthropic directly.
  • You want AI to decide with nobody checking. We build so that a person reviews the result.

Questions we get asked.

If yours is not here, email us.

What does AJAEX do?
We are a UK consultancy and software house. We help organisations connect and extend the systems that run their estates, assets and services, including IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow and AI. We also build our own products and tools.
How does an engagement start?
With a short conversation and one question. We work out whether we can help, what a sensible first step looks like, and what we would need from you to take it.
Are you an IBM Business Partner?
Yes. AJAEX is an IBM Silver Business Partner. We are an independent company providing TRIRIGA support, configuration, integrations and upgrades.
What happens to our data?
Before any work starts we agree what data we will see, where it is processed and who can access it. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Do you only work with TRIRIGA and Maximo?
No. Those sit at the centre, but the work usually reaches into cloud services, customer and service platforms, AI and custom applications. That is where the integration is.

Start with one question.

Tell us what you would like your systems to do that they do not. A short email is enough.

Useful to include
  • The systems involved
  • What should happen, and what happens now
  • Who owns each system
  • Any deadline
